Le Congress Expo Center is located in the heart of Mandelieu. It is accessible from the motorway exit and is surrounded by parking lots and shops. The building, with its linear and colorful architecture, opens onto a spacious esplanade and a Mediterranean garden, all covering one hectare.
It accommodates up to 1000 people in congress, mirroring the number of bedrooms accessible within walking distance.
Le Congress Expo Center has 5000 m² of modular, functional spaces on one level and with natural light, built according to High Environmental Quality criteria. The building is certified ISO 20121 since 2024.
