MEET: the brand new Business Club of Mandelieu Congrès

The Tourist & Congress Office brought together at the Pullman hotel in Mandelieu, around fifty socio-professional promoters of Business Tourism in Mandelieu-La Napoule and the Mandelieu basin, to officially launch the brand new Mandelieu Congrès Business Club called MEET (Mandelieu Event Experience Team).

An initiative that is part of an ambitious action plan dedicated to MICE and whose outcome and success must be collective, at the heart of an eminently powerful destination: the Côte d'Azur.

Attractiveness strategy

The Tourist and Convention Bureau, armed arm of the City of Mandelieu-La Napoule, works daily to implement a attractiveness strategy.

Tourism side ofBusiness, its main mission since 2009 was the launch and success of the marketing of the Center Expo Congrès, Mission accomplished. From now on, this mission is reinforced on all of its renewed offer for consistency with the post-covid market which requires agility and trust between stakeholders.

The MEET Business Club

This new Business Club -MEET- will demonstrate the strengths, know-how and professionalism of the entire Mandelieu Congrès team.

MEET therefore brings together the entire Mandolocian ecosystem: accommodation providers, caterers and restaurateurs, incentive and receptive agencies, event venues, event agencies, audiovisual service providers, decoration companies, stand builders, hostess agencies, carriers… to demonstrate its multiple advantages: geographical, environmental, its positioning around sport, the art of living and a sustainable destination, without forgetting its practical and functional advantages which are essential for the organization of professional events. The combination of these elements should make it possible to increase the image of Mandelieu Congrès and to attract new seminars, fairs, incentives, conventions… both on the French market and internationally.

2023: a launch year.

Regular meetings will take place between members of the Club for exchanges, feedback and the construction of a common and powerful MICE identity.

As part of this Business Club's action plan, shared actions, events, learning tours and professional meetings will be organized in Paris and Mandelieu (in June and in the fall) between prescribers and the MEET team Conferences inspiring events can be held at the Center Expo Congrès on cross-cutting themes.

At the same time, the Mandelieu Congrès destination will also be present at the Show Barcelona IBTM, in order to internationalize its commercial strategy – as recently on the occasion of Heavent Meetings. Commercial operations, famtrip, evening events punctuate the calendar of the year.

In summary, this Club will bring together all the actors of Business Tourism involved in the organization of the events received at the Center Expo Congrès and in Mandelieu in order to to federate et to form a single team with a common objective: Develop the Business of all the players involved.
